Ivna Medic is a Partner and compliance advisor with Andersen in Croatia.
Ivna has over 15 years of experience and is recognized in the field of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate compliance.
She focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions, public and regulatory law, compliance, anti-money laundering and data protection.
Ivna is also a certified mediator and as of 2018, holds an MBA and an MSc degree from IEDC Bled School of management. She is a member of the Croatian mediation association as well as the AML Working Group within the Croatian bar association.
