Ivna Medić is the Office Managing Partner of Andersen in Croatia and a member of the EU Board of directors, Andersen Global.
Ivna has over 18 years of experience and is recognized in the field of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate compliance.
She focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions, public and regulatory law, compliance, anti-money laundering and data protection.
Ivna is also a certified mediator and as of 2018, holds an MBA and an MSc degree from IEDC Bled School of management. She is a member of the Croatian mediation association as well as the AML Working Group within the Croatian bar association.
