Anđa is a tax professional with more than 15 years of experience in the field of Croatian and international tax practice. Over the years, she has specialized in providing services in structuring transactions with regard to the optimization of profit tax, value added tax, transfer pricing and application treaty on avoidance of double taxation. She gained special experience in providing transactional support for the sale and purchase of companies as part of due diligence projects and tax reviews, as well as structuring international transactions with the aim of optimizing operations and minimizing risks.
She previously worked in the Ministry of Finance, Tax Administration as head of the Collection Department, assistant director for strategy and development, and head of the office of the Director of the Tax Administration. Anđa was also a tax director for BDO savjetovanje d.o.o
